Mmmm..pure deliciousness. Pepper jelly is one of the more difficult jellies to make. And it has taken s few tries to get it right. Of course…about the time I get this jelly ..granny finds the her recipe and sends it my way. For the love of god woman!
Its really more like a jam…because it has crushed peppers in it. Its not a clesr jelly. It seems to be quite popular but doesn’t disappear as fast as the strawberry jam….
