I love jam!
We used Balls recipe for Classic Strawberry Jam

It turned out better than I could have hope for! So pretty, and delicious!
I really wish that we could do photos throughout the process, but canning is somewhat time sensitive, and our hands are usually busy doing something else. Maybe once we get the process down a little better, and it doesn’t look like a 3 ring circus in the kitchen, maybe we can try to snap some better pics!
Not even a week later and here is the deciding factor
