The cell phone bandit actually reached into a truck and stole a cell phone. Then proceeded to uninstall Lookout, and started calling these numbers. Of course, they were not very helpful at all in retrieving the stolen phone. In my book, that makes them just as guilty.

Any information anyone has leading to recovery,  and to aid the police. ..would be super helpful
