Jalapenos
Well, apparently they turned out fantastic. But possible soggy.
I don’t eat spicy stuff, so I really have no clue. They were super easy to make, but do much better for “ready now” and become soggy with time and canning.
So the next batch will have to be done a little differently, and not brought to a second boil.
Of course, I havent eaten them, so I don’t know!
